Fees for our Services are as set out in the service agreement or quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or direct debit.
If you fail to make any payment due to us by the due date for payment, we may charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England's base rate from time to time. Such interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until actual payment of the overdue amount.
For ongoing services, the notice period required for cancellation will be set out in your service agreement. For one-time services, cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.
We may terminate or suspend any service immediately if you breach these Terms or the terms of your service agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, or business, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Website or Services. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the provision of Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant Service.
